I could not make enough quiet in my life to sit and read anything substantial, i gave it back to libary. i will go get it and force everyone out of the room so i can read it, it looked like an Important Book. The thing that has stuck with me most is the need for us to do what we are least comfortable with. That if we are naturally introverted, to force ourselves into community, and if we are natural extroverts to have solitude. Moral of the story... it's not always easy.
